Land Permit Application
I hope I have included all the documentation needed to issue us the building permit needed
to improve our cabin on Round Lake.
Our intention is to build a second story on the north side of the cabin. We are not increasing
the use of any additional land space.
I believe I correctly filled in the boxes asking for the legal description. But if not, it is fully
written on the plat drawing included with this application.
As a means of explanation here is a written description of the measurements I indicated on the
drawing.
The distance between our cabin(#2)and Peninsula Road is 540 feet.
The distance between our cabin and the septic is 180 feet.
The distance between our cabin and our neighbor to the north(#1) is 33 feet, and 16 feet form
the
lot line.
The distance between our cabin and our neighbor to the west is 33 feet, and 17 feet from the lot
line.
The distance between the lake and the beginning of the new remodeling is 91 feet.
