Statutes, I have surveyed, and mapped the land herein described, and
that in my opinion this map is a correct representation of the survey
made, to the best of my knowledge and ability, and that this survey
has been made under the direction of MICHAEL AUBART, owner .

Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 25, Round Lake Park

299.84 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 25, Thence N 68°02 '21" E,
along the North line of Lot 25, 264.39 feet to a meander corner on the
Westerly shore of Round Lake, Thence S 24°57 ' 39" E, along the meander
line of Round Lake, 300 .25 feet to the end of said meander line,
Thence S 68°02' 21" W, along the South line of Lot 25, 280 . 10 feet to
the point of beginning and including all the land between the meander
line and the waters edge of Round Lake, between the parcel lines
extended to the waters edge.
