Seller warrants that there is only one underground oil storage ta�ilc which has been
removed and warrants that there is no contamination to the soil as a result of the use,
placement and removal of the underground oil storage tank. Seller hereby agrees to
indemnify and hold harmless Buyer and Buyer's lender from any and all claims or
obligations thereon arising from contamination which has been caused by the use
placement, and/or removal of the underground oil storage tank. Seller makes no
representations as to any other types of contamination and makes no agreements to
indemnify or hold harmless for any other contamination other than that which may
relate to the underground oil storage tank.
This warranty shall be construed as running with the land.
Upon receipt of documentation as to closure from the Department of Industry, Labor
and Human Relations, that there is no contamination arising as a result of the use,
placement, and/or removal of the underground oil storage tank, all liability of the Seller
regarding the underground oil storage tank shall cease.
