the direction of Matthew Rizzo, owner, I have surveyed, divided and mapped
the land herein described, that said map is a correct representation of the
survey made to the best of my knowledge and ability and that said land is

Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Govt. Lot 3, Thence 5.25° 11 '00"W,
150.04 feet, Thence S. 5° 40' 00" W, 150.73 feet to a meander corner on the
Westerly shore of Round Lake and the actual point of beginning, Thence
due West, 674.42 feet, Thence due North, 152.19 feet to the Southerly right-
of-way line of Linden Road, Thence S. 67° 41' 00" W, along said Southerly
right-of-way line, 71.34 feet, Thence due South, 245.10 feet, Thence due
East, 740.67 feet to a meander corner on the Westerly shore of Round Lake,
Thence N. 0° 06' S4" W, along the meander line of Round Lake, 120.00 feet
to the point of beginning and including all the land between the meander line
and the waters edge of Round Lake, between the parcel lines extended.
