That I have surveyed, divided and mapped Lots 3, 4, & 5 of Block 1 of the recorded
plat of Court Oreilles Park Second Addition located in Government Lot 1, Section 2
T39N, R9W, Town of Bass Lake, Sawyer County, Wisconsin the exterior boundary of which
is more particularly described as follows;
Commencing at the NW corner of Section 2;
Thence South, along the West Line of Section 2, 759.81 feet;
Thence 5 79°04'35" E, 164.67 feet;
Thence N 55°40'S1" E, 74.84 feet to the northwesterly most corner of said Lot 3 of
Block 1 being the point of beginning;
Thence continuing N 55°40'S1" E, 409.14 feet to a point of curve;
Thence in an easterly direction along the arc of a circular curve to the right, con-
cave to the south, having a central angle of 35°00'00" , a radius of 126.70 feet, an
