I, Larry T. Nelson, registered land surveyor in the state of Wisconsin, hereby certify:
That on the order of TOM & SHARON AUBART, owners, I have surveyed, divided and mapped the following
described parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 - NE 1/4 of Section 8, T. 40 N., R. 9 W., in the Town of Bass Lake,
Sawyer County, Wisconsin.
To locate the Point of Beginning, commence at the N 1!4 corner of Section 8; Thence, along the N-S 7/4 line,
