Dear Mr. and Mrs. Novy:
It has come to our attention that your Land Use Permit has expired as of July 23, 1999
and no dwelling has been constructed. There is, however, a camper on site.
This letter is to make you aware that, for ttus year, the Zoning office has been instructed
by the county board to not enforce the no-camping ordinance. However, this could
change for next year. Please check with us before camping on the propeRy next year.
Please be aware that the sanitation ordinance is being enforced. If you do not have a self-
contained camper you should get a sanitary permit to construct a privy on your property.
This information can be obtained from the Zoning Office. The septic system on you
current application is for the conventional system only. That permit will expire in the year
2000.
