In the event of any prepayment, this contract ahal! not be tre�ted as in default with respect to payment so long
as the unpaid balance of principal, and interest (and in such case acciving interest from month to month shall be treated
as unpaid principal) is less than the amovnt that said indebtedness would liuve been had the monthly payments been
mede as first specified above; provided that monthly payments ehall be continued in the event of credit of any ptoceeds
of insurance or condemnation, the condemned premisea being thereafter excluded herefrom.
