Please notice that the setback measurements are left blank. Our variance application procedure usually starts with a property inspection by the Zoning Administrator. He views �he site and takes measurements from the house location that you have staked out to determine what these setbacks would be. We know the size of your lot, the size of the dwelling you wish to build, and the proposed location of the septic system. Based on these things, the dwelling would be placed at 52.5 feet from the centerline of Heinrich Road. Since the required setback is 63 feet, you will be applying far a variance for this reduced setback. Since you live such a great distance from Hayward, it would be best if your builder would stake out the site as soon as possible and then notify this office for the Zoning Administrator to confirm the measurements and prepare the inspection report. The enclosed hearing schedule for the Board of Appeals indicates the deadline dates for application. This is for completed applications with the setback measurements.
