I have received a copy of the DNR approval for improvements to the golf course. Please be
advised peanits are required from the county. At your earliest convenience please contact me so
we can discuss county permits. In reviewing the fdes I see that the golf course did receive a
conditional use permit (94-019), in March,1994. However, the conditional use permit does not
include the proposed activities

tion of a golf course and motel and related buildings by
the purchasers . Also Conditional Use Application . Town
Board has tabled the rezone application and the Conditional
Use application . No decision was received from the City
Council , City of Hayward .
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee placed the following conditions : no condi-
tions were given .
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee : It would not be damaging to the
rights of others or property values and it would be compatible with the sur-
rounding uses and the area .
The approval of the conditional use will expire on March 18 , 1995 , if the actual
permit to locate/operate a golf course and motel has not been obtained by that
date .
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Zoning Committee
may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review
the legality of this decision within 30 days after the date of this notice .
