Dear Mr.Chirstman:
Pve enclosed a letter from Jim Yoder,owner of Jim Yoder Construction verifying the
amount of materials and labor he used in the dormer portion of my cottage @ 7719 N
Kidd's Road.
The 10'xl6'addition adds value of approximately$4800 to the estimated fair market
value of the addition.
Regretfully the builder and I were under the assumption that all repairs,maintenance,&
improvements would be added to the new stnicture cost and be closer to going beyond
the"50%rule".
For the record,and future reference,I would appreciate you adjusting any documentation
to show I have only 7%remaining on thc"50%rule",as stated in the March 2, 1998
correspondenc�.
