The purpose of this Quit Claim Deed is to correct the spelling of Lisa M. Schwertfeger
on the Warranty Deed recorded in Volume 584 of Records, page 183, as Document No.
256084 in the Register of Deeds Office for Sawyer County and to change the name of
Lisa M. Schwertfeger to Lisa M. Knepper and to have the above described property
held as survivorship marital property.
Subject to the first mortgage lien held by Chippewa Valley Bank as recorded in Volume
584 of Records, page 184-185, as Document No. 256085 in the Register of Deeds Office
for Sawyer County.
