It would be a self-created hardship. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decsion of the Board of Appeals may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of this decision within 30 days after the date of this notice. There will be two meetings you will need to attend (or someone to represent you). One will be for the variance application with the Boazd of Appeals (meeting at 7:00 PM) and the other is for the rezone with the Zoning Committee (meeting at 9 AM). You will receive notification of the date and time of these meetings approximately 3 weeks in advance. You wiil aiso be required to attend the Town Board meetings.
