On November 14, 2007, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your
application for a special use on the following described real estate to wit:
Part of the NW '/4 SE '/4, S 2, T 38N, R 9W, Parcel .2.1. Parcel size
is 2 acres. Property is zoned F-1. Permit is desired for a seasonal
dwelling.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values. It would be compatible with surrounding uses and the area.
The permit can be issued when all other requirements have been met.
