14 Parcel°).The Leased Space will be uGlized to operate a wireless communicetions faciiity; inclutling a
15 communications tower antennas, cables and related structures and improvements (collective ttie
16 "StruGures"), inclu�ng the uses as pertnitted and described in thSs Lease end for any other purpose with
17 the LESSOR's prior written cor.seni which shall not be unreasonably withheltl, conditioned or delayed.

Introduction
The purpose of this report is to summarize results of a structural analysis performed on the 300 ft Guyed
tower to reflect the change in loading by T-MOBILE.
