You should review the application for correctness, sign it, and xeturn it to this office with a check in the amount of$250.00 made out to the "Sawyer County Zoning Administration" by Friday, August 2, 2002 for hearings in September 2002. The "Application for Variance - Additional Information" must also be filled out and returned with the Variance Application. Both documents together make up the entire application that will be reviewed by the Savtryer County Board of Appeals. Failure to return both of the documents or failure to complete either document in its entirety will cause the variance application to be rejected by this office. Your "Variance Application" will be reviewed at two public hearings. The first hearing will held by the Town of Radisson at 7:30 P.M., Monday, September 9, 2002. You should contact Jeanne Hanson, Cleik, Town of Radisson, at (715) 945-2285 to confirm this date. The Sawyer County Board of Appeals will hold the second hearing at 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, September 17, 2002, in the Circuit Courtroom located in the Sawyer County Courthouse. You ar your xepresentative should attend each hearing, especially the hearing conducted by the Sawyer County Boacd of Appeals. Only the Boazd of Appeals can grant the variance, the decision of the Town of Radisson is advisory only. It is your responsibility to convince the Board of Appeals to grant the variance(s) that you have requested. Therefore, you should consider using any means at your disposal (i.e., photographs, drawings, a good verbal presenta'tion, etc.) as you present your facts to the Board.
