'/2 of the lot is cleared, the other half is wooded. The garage would be built on the cleared portion of the lot. • Lake Drive behind the lot is a seldom used dirt road (1 car a day average) and is shielded from the back of the lot by a tree line. • Poplar Ave., the road between the cabin and the proposed garage site is black top and on the busiest day may have a car every 15 minutes. • In the '/4 mile stretch of Poplar Ave. there are two existing garages build across the road from the main cabin, which works well for them. It keeps the lake front from looking cluttered with boats and trailers, etc. • Several boats are currently stored on the lot, which are intended to be stored in the proposed garage thereby enhancing the appearance of the neighborhood.
