Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals It would be the convenience of the owner.It would be
a self-created hardship.There would be a change in the use in the zone district.It would be dam-
aging to the rights of others or property values.It would not be due to special conditions unique
to the property.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may commence
an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of this decision within

214; CSM Vol 2 Page 207. 310'x217' containing approximately 1.55
acres. Property is zoned Residential/Recreational One. Application is for
the construction of 12'x54' lean-to additions onto an existing storage
building and the construction of an additional 32'x54' storage building on
the same parcel. Variance is requested as on January 20, 1998, the Sawyer
County board of Appeals approved an application for the construction of a
32'x54' storage building on vacant property with the condition that there
be no cutting of trees other than that necessary to construct a driveway and

Sawyer County Zoning Board of Appeals on

This hearing will begin at 7:00 P.M. in the Sawyer Counry Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street, Hayward, Wisconsin.
