Dear Mr. Jasek,
On December 20, 2002, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee denied your application
for change of zone district and conditional use on the following described real estate to
wit:
Lot l, being Part of the NW 1/4 NW '/4, S 25, T 41N, R 9W, Parcel .6.5. Vol 704
Records Page 56; CSM Vol 19 Page 214. 1.27 acres. Change from District
Commercial One to District Residential One. Purpose of request is for the
location/operation of a multi-family dwelling containing three (3) units in an
existing structure. The Town Board has approved the application. The City
Council, City of Hayward, has also approved.
The Zoning Committee has denied the application as submitted. The Zoning Committee
has also waived the 12 month re-application requirement. Applicant is to make the septic
system corrections required to make the system code-complying, at which time he can
again apply for the rezone and conditional use on the above-described property.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would be detrimental to ecology, wildlife,
wetlands, or shorelands.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the denial of the change in zone
district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on
January 16, 2003, 9:00 A.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County
Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person ar
persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action
in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of the decision within 30
days after the date the decision is ratified by the County Board.

That on the order of CHUCK PETIT, I have surveyed, divided and mapped the following described parcel of land being
a revision of Lots 13-14 of CSM#1057 & parcel described in Vol. 575, Page 367 of Deeds located in the
NW 1/4 - NW 1/4 of Section 25, T. 41 N., R. 9 W., in the Town of Hayward, Sawyer County, Wisconsin.
To locate the Point of Beginning, commence at the NW corner of Section 25; Thence, along the west line of said
Section, S 00° 26' 00" E, 653.91 feet; Thence, leaving said west line, S 89° 12' 53" E, 33.01 feet to the easterly right of
way line of Wheeler Road which is the Point of Beginning.
Thence from said Point of Beginning by metes and bounds.
