The City Council, City of Hayward, has also approved. The Zoning Committee has denied the application as submitted. The Zoning Committee has also waived the 12 month re-application requirement. Applicant is to make the septic system corrections required to make the system code-complying, at which time he can again apply for the rezone and conditional use on the above-described property. Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would be detrimental to ecology, wildlife, wetlands, or shorelands. The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the denial of the change in zone district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on January 16, 2003, 9:00 A.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse. This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person ar persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of the decision within 30 days after the date the decision is ratified by the County Board.
