The Town Board has denied the application. The Board of Appeals accepted the withdrawal afrer the applicant's representative rescinded the request for the garage,and the Board determined that the addition could be constructed without exceeding 50%of the current esfimated fair market value and that the reduced size of the addi- tion to 18'x26'(including eaves)would meet the setback requirements from the town road;there- fore the variance would not be needed.
