On June 17, 2003, the Sawyer County Board of Appeals approved your application for variance
on the following described real estate to wit:
Lots 20-24 and 27-28, Block 12, ls` Addition Abendpost Beach, S 31, T 40N, R
8W, Parcel —13.12.20-23. Vol 543 Records Page 168. An irregularly shaped par-
cel (190'/90'x150'/159') containing .483 acres. Property is zoned Residen-
tial/Recreational One. Application is for the construction of a 32'x34' detached ga-
rage (including eaves) at a setback distance of 40'/47' from the centerline of Fox
Avenue (a town road). Variance is requested as Section 4.21(3), Sawyer County
Zoning Ordinance, would require a minimum setback distance of 63' from the
centerline of a town road. The Town Board has approved the application.
The Board of Appeals approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals: There would be no change in the use in the zone dis-
trict. It would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values. It's an irregularly shaped
lot, that's why there are variances, to accommodate such situations. The setback from the road
will not cause a problem because of the usage of the road.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may commence
an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of this decision within
30 days after the date of this notice. In future correspondence, or in apply�ing for permits, please
refer to Variance 03-014.
