It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Heazing. A lack of information about the situation may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to appeaz may result in the denial of the applica[ion. If it is impossible for a representative to be present, please submit a written statement to this office directed to Arvid H. Vallem, Chairman of the Board of Appeals. This statement should include a description of the general terrain; surrounding development; your proposed intentions; and the purpose of the request.
