On February 18, 2003, the Sawyer County Board of Appeals approved your application for vari-
ance on the following described real estate to wit:
Part of the NW '/4 SW '/4, S 14, T 40N, R SW, Parcel .10.2. Vol 596 Records Page
245. 3.26 acres. Property is zoned Residential/Recreational Two. Application is
for the division of said parcel into two lots, one having a lot depth of less than 200
feet. Variance is requested as Section 18.7, Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance,
would require a lot depth of 200 feet for these parcels. The Town Board has ap-
proved the application.
The Board of Appeals approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals: It would not be the convenience of the owner. It �vould
not be a self-created hardship. There would be no change in the use in the zone district. It would
not be damaging to the rights of others or property values.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decsion of the Board of Appeals may commence
an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of this decision within
30 days after the date of this notice. In future correspondence, or in applying for permits, please
refer to Variance 03-008.

Your application for a variance will be considered at a Public Hearing before the Sawyer
County Zoning Boazd of Appeals on
18 February 2003
This heazing will begin at 7:00 P.M. in the Sawyer County CouRhouse, 10610 Main
Street, Haywazd, Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Heazing. A lack of
information about the situation may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appeaz may result in the denial of the applica[ion.
If it is impossible for a representative to be present, please submit a written statement to
this office directed to Arvid H. Vallem, Chairman of the Board of Appeals. This
statement should include a description of the general terrain; surrounding development;
your proposed intentions; and the purpose of the request. Photographs of the property
and/or buildings are requested. Explain the undue zoning hardsMp inflicted upon the
owner by conforming [o the required miiiimum regulation, which induced the vaciance
request. Convenience and financial loss or gain does not constitute a zoning hazdship.
Your application will come before the Town Board for their review. Please contact the
Town Clerk, Arlene Bishop; 266-3131 to obtain the time and confirm the date of the
Town Board meeting for your attendance or the attendance ofyour agent.
