Bodo. Part of Govt Lot 6, S 36, T 40N, R SW, Parcel :6.1. Vol 546 Records Page 297. 32.62 acres. Change from District Residential One to District Agricultural Two. Purpose of request is to place property into compliance with its appropriate zone district of its past and present use of hobby farming. The Town Board has approved. Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values. It would not destroy prime agricultural lands. It would be compatible with the surrounding uses and the area. The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on November 9, 2004, 9:00 A.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse. This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part, within thirty(30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee.
