The Town Bo rd has deferred to the Zoning Committee, having no opinion.
The Sawyer Cou y Zoning Committee approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or propert values. It would not be detrimental to ecology, wildlife, wetlands, or
shorelands.
The Sawyer Coun y Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone
district before it b comes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on
June 17, 2004, 7: 0 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or
persons jointly ag ieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action
in the Circuit Cou for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of the decision within 30
days after the date the decision is ratified by the County Board.

before the Sawyer ounty Zoning Committee on
May 21, 2004
This Hearing will egin at 9:00 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street, Hayward, isconsin.
It is recommended hat either you or a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack of
information about t e application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appear may also re lt in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible f r a representative be present, please submit a written statement in care
of this office dire ted to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This
statement should i clude your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general terrain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and/or bui dings would be beneficial. Indicate the undue hardship inflicted upon
the owner by confo 'ng to the present zone district and the compatibility of the proposed
use with the surro nding land uses. Convenience and financial loss or gain does not
constitute zoning h dship.
