On October 15, 2004, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee denied your application for
change of zone district on the following described real estate to wit:
Part of the SE'/4 NW'/4, S 13, T 37N, R 7W, Part of Parcel 2401 . Vol 88 Records
Page 271 . Approximately 5.2 acres to be rezoned out of the tota140 acres. Change
from District Forestry One to District Residential/Recreational One. Purpose of
request is to conform with other lakeshore zoning and for the future development
of residential lots. The Town Board has approved.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would be damaging to the rights of others or
property values. It would be detrimental to ecology, wildlife, wetlands or shorelands. It
would not be compatible with the surrounding uses and the area.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the denial of the change in zone
district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on
November 9, 2004, 9:00 A.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County
Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or
persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action
with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part,
within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee.

Dear:Mr.and Mrs.Jerry:
Your application for a Change in Zone District will be considered at a Public Hearing
before the Sawyer Counry Zoning Committee on
October 15,2004
This Hearing will begin at 9:00 A.M. in the Sawyer Counry Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street,Hayward,Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing.A lack of
information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appear may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative be present,please submit a written statement in caze
of this office directed to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general teRain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and/or buildings would be beneficial. Indicate the undue hardship intlicted upon
the owner by conforming to the present zone district and the compatibility of the proposed
use with the surrounding land uses. Convenience and financial loss or gain does not
