Dear Mrs. Good,
On June 18, 2004, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your application for
change of zone district on the following described real estate to wit:
Lot 2, being Part of the SW'/4 SW'/4, S 34, T 41N, R 7W, Parcel . 11 .12, excepting
therefrom the wetlands as indicated on the Wetland Inventory Map. Document
#321349; CSM Vol 25 Page 205. Approximately 5 acres to be rezoned out of the
total 13.85 acres. Change from District Forestry One to District Commercial One.
Purpose of request is for the expansion of an existing commercial business on an
adjacent parcel. The Town Board has approved.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values. It would be compatible with the surrounding uses and the area.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone
district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on
July 15, 2004, 7:00 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or
persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action
with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole ar in part,
within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee.

OFFICE NOTE:
The question arose as to whether all of the Lori Good property(listed as Lot 2)was
rezoned to Commercial One.
On May 1 l,2007 Cindy Y listened to the public hearing tape of June 18,2004 public
hearing regarding Lori Good's rezone application.
The application was read into the record as being approximately 5 acres to be rezoned out
of the total 13.85 acres.(The application excepted the wetlands).
After listening to the entue Lori Good applicatioq it's been determined that what was
approved by the Zoning Committee and later ratified by the County Board was all the
property consisting ofLot 2 minus the wetland area was rezoned to Commercial One.
Nothing in the testimony indicates different.
