On December 17, 2004, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your
application for change of zone district on the following described real estate to wit:
Part of the SW '/4 NW '/4, S 13, T 41N, R 6W, Parcel .7.1. Vol 442 Records Page
364. .9 acres. Change from District Commercial One to District Residential/
Recreational One. Purpose of request is to conform with surrounding zoning and
existing use. The Town Board has approved.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would be compatible with the surrounding
uses and the area.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in
zone district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board
meeting on January 20, 2004, 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County
Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or
persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action
with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part,
within thirty(30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee.

before the Sawyer County Zoning Committee on
December 17,2004
Tlus Hearing will begin at 9:00 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street,Hayward,Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing.A lack of
information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appear may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative be present,please submit a written statement in care
of this office directed to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a k
description of the general terrain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and/or buildings would be beneficial. Indicate the undue hardship inflicted upon '
the owner by conforming to the present zone district and the compatibility of the proposed
use with the surrounding land uses. Convenience and financial loss or gain does not
constitute zoning hardship.
Your application will come before the Town Board for their review.Please contact
the Town Clerk, Kathy McCoy; 715-462-9271 to confirm the date and obtain the
time of the Town Board meeting for your attendance or the attendance of your
agent.
