Document #319086. 80 acres, excepting therefrom the wetlands as indicated on the Wetland Inventory Map. Change from District Forestry One to District Agricultural Two. Purpose of request is for the placement of a mobile home and for possible future hobby farming. No decision received from the Town Board. The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved with the condition that the mobile home only be allowed until October 15, 2014. Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values. It would be compatible with the surrounding uses and the area. The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on November 9, 2004, 9:00 A.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse. This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part, within thirty(30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee.
