On August 19, 2004, the Sawyer County Board of Supervisors ratified the approval of
the change in zone district of the following described real estate to wit:
The west 200' of Lot 1 , being Part of the NE '/4 NE '/4, S 29, T 42N, R 8W,
Part of Parcel . 1 .3 . #316785; CSM Vol 21 Page 154. Approximately 5.66
acres out of the total 20.28 acres. Change from District Agricultural One
(A- 1 ) to District Residential/Recreational One (RR- 1 ).

On July 16, 2004, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your application for

acres (1230'x200') to be rezoned out of the total 20.28 acres. Change from
District Agricultural One to District Residential/Recreational One. Purpose of
request is for the construction of a single family dwelling. Proposed property does
not meet the 300' minimum lot width for the agricultural zone district and owner
would not be engaged in agricultural activities for profit. The Town Board has
approved.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone
district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on
August 19, 2004, 7:00 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or
persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action
with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part,
within thirty(30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee.
