Your Town Board decision is an integral part of the decision making process for the Sawyer
County Zoning Committee. The Zoning Committee would like your cooperation in stating the
reasons or comments why yo approv denied, or tabled the request.
Re: Mary L. and Brent B. Van Vonderen
The change in the zone district to AG 2 for all parcels, would not be contrary
to the public interest and would be in compliance vith the spirit an intent o£
the zoning ordinance and the Tovn of Bass Lake Comprehensive Plan (Section 8.10).
1) It would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values.

3) It would be compatible with the surrounding uses and area projections o£ land

The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or properiy values. It would be in compliance with the Bass Lake Town Plan.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone
district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on
June 17, 2004, 7:00 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or
persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action
in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of the decision within 30
days after the date the decision is ratified by the County Board.

description of the general terrain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and/or buildings would be beneficial. Indicate the undue hardship inflicted upon
the owner by conforming to the present zone district and the compatibility of the proposed
use with the surrounding land uses. Convenience and financial loss or gain does not
constitute zoning hardship.
Your application will come before the Town Board for their review.Please contact
