On May 21, 2004, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your application for
change of zone district on the following described real estate to wit:

75. 20 acres. Change from District Agricultural Two to District ResidentiaU
Recreational One. Purpose of request is to sell an existing residence with less than
5 acres of property. The Town Board has approved.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone
district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on
June 17, 2004, 7:00 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or
persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action
in the Circuit Court far Writ of Certiarari to review the legality of the decision within 30
days after the date the decision is ratified by the County Board.

of this office directed to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This
statement should incfude your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general terrain and su�rounding development. Photographs of the
