change in zone district of the following described real estate to wit:

.4.1 and .13.1. Deed #319766. Approximately 13.3 acres, excepting
therefrom the wetlands as indicated on the Wetland Inventory Map.

your application for change of zone district on the following described real estate to wit:

Parcels .4.1 and .13.1. Document #319766. Approximately 13 acres to be rezoned,
excepting therefrom the wetlands as indicated on the Wetland Inventory Map.
Change from District Forestry One to District ResidentiaURecreational One.
Purpose of request is for the creation of residential lots. The Town Board has
approved.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application with the condition that
Lots 3 and 4 cannot be further subdivided.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone
district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on
May 20, 2004, 7:00 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or
persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action
in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of the decision within 30
days after the date the decision is ratified by the County Board.

This Hearing will begin at 9:00 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street, Hayward, Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack of
information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appeaz may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative be present, please submit a written statement in care
of this oflice directed to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general terrain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and/or buildings would be beneficial. Indicate the undue hazdship inflicted upon
the owner by confornung to the present zone district and the compatibility of the proposed
use with the sunounding land uses. Convenience and financial loss or gain does not
constitute zoning hardship.
