On December 17, 2004, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your
application for change of zone district on the following described real estate to wit:
The west 660' of the SE'/4 SW'/4, S 35, T 40N, R 9W, Part of Parcel .12.1. Vol
223 Records Page 350. 20 acres to be rezoned out of the total 40 acres. Change
from District Farestry One to District Residential/Recreational Two. Purpose of
request is to conform with the rest of the property, and for building residences for
family members. The Town Board has approved.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in
zone district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board
meeting on January 20, 2004, 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County
Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or
persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action
with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part,
within thirty(30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee.

Your application for a Change in Zone District will be considered at a Public Hearing
before the Sawyer County Zoning Committee on
December 17,2004
This Hearing will begin at 9:00 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street,Hayward,Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing.A lack of
information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appear may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative be present,please submit a written statement in care
of this office directed to 7ames Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This
statement should inciude your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general terrain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and/or buildings would be beneficial. Indicate the undue hardship inflicted upon
the owner by conforming to the present zone district and the compatibility of the proposed
use with the surrounding land uses. Convenience and financial loss or gain does not
constitute zoning hardship.
Your application will come before the Town Board for their review.Please wntact
the Town Clerk, Brenda Adler; 715/266-7016 to confirm the date and obtain the
time of the Town Board meeting for your attendance or the attendance of your
agent.
