On December 17, 2004, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your
application for change of zone district on the following described real estate to wit:
The south 600' of the NW'/4 NW'/4, S 12, T 39N, R 4W, Parcel .6.2. Vol 851
Records Page 253. 600'x1000', containing approximately 13.75 acres out of the
total 28.23 acres, excepting the wetlands as indicated on the Wetland Inventory
Map. Change from District Forestry One to District Residential/Recreational One.
Purpose of request is to conform with the zone district on the north 660' of said
property. The Town Board has approved.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in
zone district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board
meeting on January 20, 2004, 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County
Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or
persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action
with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part,
within thirty(30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee.

Dear:Mr.Grahovac;
Your appiication for a Change in Zone District will be considered at a Public Hearing
before the Sawyer County Zoning Committee on
December 17,2004
This Hearing will begin at 9:00 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street,Hayward,Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing.A lack of
information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appear may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative be present,please submit a written statement in care
of this office directed to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general tenain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and/or buildings would be beneficial. Indicate the undue hardship inflicted upon
the owner by confornung to the present zone district and the compatibility of the proposed
use with the sunounding land uses. Convenience and financial loss or gain does not
constitute zoning hazdship.
Your application wili come before the Town Board for their review.Please contact
the Town Clerk,Brenda Adler;266-7016 to confirm the date and obtain the time of
the Town Board meeting for your attendance or the attendance of your agent.
