Your Town Board decision is an integral part of the decision making process for the Sawyer
County Zoning Committee. The Zoning Committee would like your cooperation in stating the
reasons or comments why you pprove denied, or tabled the request.

The change in the zone district would not be contrar�. rn rha ,,,,l,t;� ;,,raro�r
and would be in compliance with the spirit of the Savyer County Zoning Ordinance
and the Tovn of Bass Lake's Comprehensive Plan (Section 8.10) because:
1) It would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values.
2) It would not be detrimental to ecology, wildlife or shorelands.
3) It would not create a air quality water sungly�pollnrinn nrnhlP,�_
4) It vould not create traffic or highway access problems.
5) It would be compatible with the surrounding use and zone district within the area.

Forestry One (F-1) to District Commercial One (C-1) with conditions: 1.
Limit lighting and shield the lighting. 2. Limit removal of trees and green

On October 15, 2004, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved with conditions
your application for change of zone district on the following described real estate to wit:

Document #323983. Approximately .69 acres. Change from District Forestry One
to District Commercial One. Purpose of request is for the location/operation of
commercial storage units. The Town Board has approved.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application with the following
conditions: l. Limit lighting and shield the lighting. 2. Limit removal of trees and green
space around the site. 3. No outside storage on property.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values. It would be compatible with the surrounding uses and the area.
It is in the spirit of the Town Board smart growth plan.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone
district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on
November 9, 2004, 9:00 A.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County
Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or
persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action
with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part,
within thirty(30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee.

This Hearing will begin at 9:00 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street,Hayward,Wisconsin.

information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appeaz may also result in the denial of the appiication.
If it is impossible for a representative be present,please submit a written statement in care
of this office directed to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general tenain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and/or buildings would be beneficial. Indicate the undue hards(up inflicted upon
the owner by conforming to the present zone district and the compatibility of the proposed
use with the surrounding land uses. Convenience and financial loss or gain does not
constitute zoning hardship.
