It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack of information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to appear may also result in the denial of the application. If it is impossible for a representative be present, please submit a written statement in caze of this office directed to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a description of the general terrain and surrounding development.
