Your Town Board decision is an integral part of the decision making process for the Sawyer
County Zoning Committee. The Zoning Committee would like your cooperation in stating the
reasons or comments why yo�approve denied, or tabled the request.
Re: Nicholas J. Stincic
The change in the zone district would not be contrary to the public interest and
would be in compliance the spirit and intent of the Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance
and the Town of Bass Lake's Comprehensive Plan (Section 8.10) because:
1) It would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values_
2) It would not create topographical problems.
3) It would not creat traffic or highway access propblems.
4) It would be compatible with the surrounding uses and the area.

One. Purpose of request is for the creation of a residential lot. The Town Board
has approved.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values. It would be compatible with the surrounding uses and the area.
It is in the spirit of the Town Board smart growth plan.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone
district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on
November 9, 2004, 9:00 A.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County
Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or
persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action
with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part,
within thirty(30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee.

Dear: Mr. Stincic:
Your application for a Change in Zone District will be considered at a Pubiic Hearing
before the Sawyer County Zoning Committee on
October 15, 2004
This Hearing will begin at 9:00 A.M. in the Sawyer Counry Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street, Hayward, Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack of
information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appear may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative be present, please submit a written statement in caze
of this office directed to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general terrain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and/or buildings would be beneficial. Indicate the undue hardship inflicted upon
the owner by confomung to the present zone district and the compatibility of the proposed
use with the surrounding land uses. Convenience and financial loss or gain does not
constitute zoning hazdship.
Your application will come before the Town Board for their review. Please contact
the Town Clerk, Shirley Miller; 634-8469 to confirm the date and obtain the time of
the Town Board meeting for your attendance or the attendance of your agent.
