It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack of information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to appear may also result in the denial of the application. If it is impossible for a representative be present, please submit a written statement in caze of this office directed to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a description of the general terrain and surrounding development. Photographs of the property and/or buildings would be beneficial. Indicate the undue hardship inflicted upon the owner by confomung to the present zone district and the compatibility of the proposed use with the surrounding land uses. Convenience and financial loss or gain does not constitute zoning hazdship. Your application will come before the Town Board for their review.
