On August 10, 2004, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your application
for a conditional use on the following described real estate to wit:
The NE 1/4 NE 1/4, S 16, T 40N, R 8W, Parcel .1.1. Vo1236 Records Page 726, Vol
54 Records Page 429. 40 acres. Property is zoned Agricultural One. Permit is
desired far the location/operation of a Headstart School and Health and Human
Services Building. The Town Board has approved.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values. It would not be detrimental to ecology, wildlife, wetlands or
shorelands. It would not create an air quality, water supply, or pollution problem. It
would not create topographical problems such as run off, drainage, erosion, flooding, or
vegetative cover removaL It would be compatible with LCO and Bass Lake plans.
The approval of the conditional use will expire on August 10, 2005, if application for the
actual permit to use/construct is not made by that date.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
commence an action with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in
whole ar in part, within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the
Committee.
