Unfortunately, neither my wife nor myself will be �etable to attend the meeting. The parcel is located on Tower Road in the town of Winter. The entire parcel is heavily wooded(see aerial photo) and a small building site has already been cleared. It is relatively featureless with a subtle eastward slope that is apparent on the topographical map. Our desire is to build a 24' X 36', two bedroom cabin for recreational use. It will be of comparable size and appearance to other recreational cabins located in the area and will, in no way, detract from the value of the surrounding properties.
