Notice is hereby given that on April 16, 2004, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee
withdrew the following application:
Part of the SW'/4 SW'/4, S 16, T 40N, R 9W, Part of Parcel .11.1. Document
#312849. 24.9+ acres (proposed lot 1). Change from District Forestry One to
District Residential/Recreational One. Purpose of request is for the
construction/operation of a 4 bedroom (plus owner's residence) hunting and
fishing lodge. Also application for Conditional Use. The Town Board tabled the
rezone application and approved the Conditional Use application.
The application was withdrawn because the approved Conditional Use meets the zoning
requirements for the proposed use.
