On December 19, 2003 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your
application for a conditional use on the following described real estate to wit:

539 Records Page 332; CSM Vol 10 Page 151. 6.82 acres. Property is zoned
ResidentiaURecreational One. Permit is desired for the location/operation of a car
detailing o peration (washing a nd waxing) and mail ordering and installation of
vehicle accessories in existing structures. The Town Board has approved the
application.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application with the conditions
indicated by the Town Board: Body work only Monday-Saturday, 8AM-SPM; auto detail,
washing/waxing and detail accessories only; 1 person shop; no more than 3 vehicles in
yard; not visible from the road.

others or property values. It complies with the Town Board Comprehensive Plan.
The approval of the conditional use will expire on December 19, 2004 if application for
the actual permit to construct/operate is not made by that date.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of
the decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.
