On November 16, 2004, the Sawyer County Board of Appeals denied your application for vari-
ance on the following described real estate to wit:
Lots 3&4, being Part of Govt Lot 3, S 36, T 40N, R 8W, Parcels :3.14 & :3.15. Vol 722
Records Page 113; CSM Vol 16 Page 170. 1 acre total. Property is zoned Forestry One.
Application is for the construction of garages/accessory buildings on vacant property to
serve existing condominium complex on Pat's Landing Road. Variance is requested as
Section 4.26(1), Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, would prohibit construction of acces-
sory buildings on vacant property. Town Board has approved the application.
The Sawyer County Board of Appeals denied the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law of the Board of Appeals: Unnecessary hardship is not
present as there is no topographical hardship. Others have been denied, it would not be consistent
to approve for the reasons given. It would be the convenience of the owner. It would be the basis
of economic gain or loss. It would be a self-created hardship. It would not be due to special con-
ditions unique to the property.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may commence
an action in the Circuit Court far Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of this decision within
30 days after the date of this notice. In future correspondence, or in applying for permits, please
refer to Variance 04-028.
