Dear Mr. Gilbert,
Notice is hereby given that on October 19, 2004, the Sawyer County Board of Appeals
withdrew the following application:
The NE '/4 SE '/4 , S 15, T 41N, R 6W, Parcel .13.1. Document #314205. 40 acres.
Property is zoned Residential/Recreational One and Forestry One. Application is
for the installation of a replacement driveway access onto Cty. Hwy. S at a
setback distance of 160' from the nearest adjacent driveway. Driveway is to be
used by an adjacent proptery owner (upon approval of request for easement) to
replace an existing driveway. Variance is requested as Section 4.23, Sawyer
County Zoning Ordinance, would require would require a minimum setback
distance of 300' between adjacent driveways.
The application was withdrawn by the adjacent property owner, Robin Egge.
