Notice is hereby given that on July 20, 2004, the Sawyer County Board of Appeals
withdrew the following application:
Town of Round Lake — Lawrence T. Briggs. Part of the NW 1/4 NE '/4, S 22, T
41N, R 6W, Parcel .2.1. Vol 556 Records Page 177, Vol 55 Records Page 174,
and Vol 538 Records Page 24. Approximately 100'x400' containing 1.38 acres.
Property is zoned Commercial One. Application is far the construction of a
40'x25' (40'x28' with eaves) addition onto an existing mini-storage building at a
setback distance of 24 feet from an adjacent wetland area. The existing mini-
storage building was constructed before minimum wetland setback requirements
were added to the Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is requested as
Section 4.29, Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, would require a minimum
setback distance of 40' from the wetland boundary in a non-shoreland area. The
Town Board has approved. After review, it was determined at the July 16, 2004
Zoning Committee Public Hearing that no variance would be required and the fee
is to be returned to the applicant.
