Application is for the construction of a 40'x60' accessory building (garage) on vacant property, by the purchaser. Variance is requested as Section 4.26, Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, would prohibit the construction of accessory buildings on vacant property. The Sawyer County Board of Appeals denied the application as submitted. Conclusions of Law of the Board of Appeals: Unnecessary hardship is not present. Primary resi- dence is not present. Hardship is not due to physical limitations of the property and it would be for economic gain. Variance would be contrary to public interest and would not observe the pur- pose of the ordinance and due justice. Garages are not permitted as principal buildings and it would be for economic gain. It would encourage more development of the same type. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of this decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.
