Notice is hereby given that on March 16, the Sawyer County Board of Appeals accepted the
withdrawal of the following applications:
Joseph B. Moelter. Unit #2, Little Bit of Heaven Condominium, S 29, T 40N, R 8W,
Parcel —28.2. Vol 685 Records Page 443. .134 acres, containing approximately 5,845
square feet. Property is zoned ResidentiaURecreational One. Application is for the
construction of a 28'x54' (30'x56' with eaves) 1 �/z story replacement condominium unit on
less than the minimum area requirement of 20,000 square feet.
David O'Meara et ux. Lot 2, being Part of Govt Lot 1, S 18, T 40N, R8W, Parcel :1.15.

Re: Variance #04-004, Joseph B. Moelter: Request for Withdrawal of Variance
Request that the above referenced variance be withdrawn and that the variance
application fee be returned to Mr. Moelter. In accordance with the shoreland
amendments adopted on January 5, 2004; Mr. Moelter does not r�quire a variance for the
proposed construction activities. It was my misinterpretation of the ordinance that caused
Mr. Moelter to apply for this variance.
