approved your application for variance for the following proposal:
Lots 1 &2,being part of the SW'/s NW'/s, S 1,T 4IN,R 7W1;Parcels 7.5&7.12. WD
#323963. Appro�cimately 238 acres. Property is zoned Commercial One. Application is for
the installation of a driveway access off of County Highway"A" at a setback distance of
9437 feet to the right-of-way of State Highway 77. Variance is requested as Section 4.23,
Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance would require a minimum setback distance of 250 feet to
the right-of-way of this highway.
Findings of Fact of the Boazd of Appeals:There would be no change in use in the zone district;It
would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values;It would be due to special con-
ditions unique to the property;It does not create any safety concerns and it would not be contrary
to the public interest.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may commence
an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of tlus decision within
30 days after the date of this notice.

I have enclosed the following documents with this letter.
• Inspection Report for the above property,
• Boazd of Appeals Conclusions of Law Form (This is the form that the Boazd members
will use to determine if your situation meets the requirements for the granting of the
vaziance that you have requested.) and a
• completed "Variance Application."
If you believe that you meet the criteria for the requested variance you should review the
inspection report and application for conectness. If correct, sign the application and
return it to this office with a check in the amount of$250.00 made out to the "Sawyer
County Zoning Administration" by Friday, June 3, 2005 for hearings in July 2005.
Your application will be reviewed at two public heazings. The first hearing will be held
by the Town of Round Lake at 6:30 P.M., Thursday, July 14, 2005. You should contact
Kathy McCoy, Town of Round Clerk, at (715) 462-3723 to confirm this date.
The Sawyer County Board of Appeals will hold the second hearing at 7:00 P.M.,
Tuesday, July 19, 2005, in the large courtroom located in the Sawyer County Courthouse.
You or your representative should attend each hearing, especially the hearing conducted
by the Sawyer County Board of Appeals. Only the Boazd of Appeals can grant the
variance, the decision of the Town of Round Lake is advisory only.
It is your responsibility to convince the Board of Appeals to grant the variance that you
have requested. Therefore, you should consider using any means at your disposal (i.e.,
photographs, drawings, a good verbal presentation, etc.) as you present your facts to the
Board.
