It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack of information about the situation may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to appeaz may result in the denial of the application. If it is impossible for a representative to be present, please submit a written statement to this office directed to Raymond Zubrod, Chairman of the Boazd of Appeals. This statement should include a description of the general tecrain; surrounding development; your proposed intentions; and the purpose of the request. Photographs of the property and/or buildings are requested. Explain the undue zoning hazdship inflicted upon the owner by conforming to the required minimum regulation, which induced the variance � request. White 1130 Barry Ave. Eau Claire, WI 54701 Re: Parcel .53, S i 2 T 39N, R 4W, Town of Draper: Application for Variance Deaz Mr. White: I have enclosed the following documents with this letter: • Inspection Report for the above property, • a copy of the Sawyer County Boazd of Appeals Conclusions of Law Form (This is the form that the Board members will use to determine if youc situation meets the requirements for the granting of the variance that you have requested.) and a • completed "Vaziance Application." If you believe that you meet the criteria for the requested vaziance, you should review the application for correctness, sign it, and retum it to this office with a check in the amount of$250.00 made out to the "Sawyer County Zoning Administration" by Friday, May 6, 2005 for hearings in June 2005. Your application will be reviewed at two public heazings. The first hearing will be held by the Town of Draper at 6:00 P.M., Monday, June 13, 2005. You should contact Brenda Adler, Town of Draper Clerk, at (715) 266-5779 to confirm this date. The Sawyer County Board of Appeals will hold the second hearing at 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 21, 2005, in the lazge courtroom located in the Sawyer County Courthouse. You ar your representative should attend each heazing, especially the heazing conducted by the Sawyer County Board of Appeals. Only the Boazd of Appeals can grant the variance, the decision of the Town of Draper is advisary only. It is your responsibility to convince the Board of Appeals to grant the vaziance that you have requested. Therefore, you should consider using any means at your disposal (i.e., photographs, drawings, a good verbal presentation, etc.) as you present your facts to the Boazd.
