Dear Mr. and Mrs. Landgraf,
On September 19, 2006, the Sawyer County Board of Appeals approved your application for
variance on the following described real estate to wit:
Lot 1, being Part of the NEl/4 NEI/4 , S 33, T 42N, R 9W, Parcel .1.11. Vol 611 Records
Page 497; CSM Vol 28 Page 11. 5.98 acres. Property is zoned Residential/Recreational
One. Application is for the construction of a 30'x40' (34'x44' with eaves) storage build-
ing on a vacant parcel. The applicant's dwelling is located on a parcel opposite Four Sea-
sons Road from this lot. Variance is requested as Section 4.26, Sawyer County Zoning
Ordinance, would prohibit the construction of an accessory building on a vacant lot. The
Town Board has approved the application.
The Board of Appeals approved the application with the condition that a rain gutter be placed on
the lake side and with a 2-year time limit.
Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals: A hardship is present. It is not a self-created hardship.
It is not contrary to the public interest.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may commence
an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of this decision within
30 days after the date of this notice. In future correspondence, or in applying for permits, please
refer to Variance 06-023.
