Dear Mr. Thorsen,
Notice is hereby given that on May 18, 2007, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee
withdrew the following application:
Part of Govt Lot 3, S 26, T 39N, R 6W, Part of Parcel :3.1, excepting therefrom
the wetlands as indicated on the Wetland Inventory Map. Vol 463 Records Page
21. Approximately 50 acres to be rezoned out of the total 55 acres. Change from
District Agricultural One to District Residential/Recreational One. Purpose of
request is to create thirteen (13) residential lots. This application has been tabled
from the April public hearing by the request of the applicant. The applicant has
now withdrawn the application.
