On Friday, July 15, 2005 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your
appGcation for a conditional use on the following described real estate to wit:
The E '/z of Section 11, T 41N,R 9W;Pazcels 1.1,2.1, 3.1,4.1, 5.2, 82, 13.1,
14.1, 15.1 & 16.1 and the W'h, of the NW'/a, Section 12,T 41N,R 9W, lying
west of State Hwy 63. Parcels 5.3, 6.1, 7.1 & 8.5. Permit is desired for the
operation of a commercial riding stable and related activities and entertainment.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the appGcation with the condition
that the operator must submit a detailed plan to t6e Zoning Committee erior to
start up of activities and t6at the approval will eapire in 1 year(July 15,2006)ii the
conditional use application has not been procured and activities 6ave not
commenced.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: None given
The approval of the conditional use will expire on July I5, 2006 if application for the
actual permit to use is not made by that date.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
appeal the decision to the Sawyer County Boazd of Appeals to review the legality of the
decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.
